Before your appointment
- Every session is private. Whatever you share with the Rabbi stays confidential.
- In-person sessions are at the office. The address is in your confirmation, and in the email you get after booking.
- Phone sessions: Rabbi Gruen calls you at the number you give, at the time you booked. Please be near the phone a few minutes before.
- For a couple session, husband and wife come together, unless the Rabbi told you otherwise.
- Please be on time. The session ends at the booked time, so a late start makes it shorter.
- Payment is taken when you book, and you get a confirmation right away.
- To change or cancel, contact the office at least 24 hours before your appointment for a full refund. Later cancellations and missed appointments are not refunded.
- In an urgent situation, please call (718) 841-8400.
